Overview of compressed air components.

Ringjets
A range of small, versatile 'bladeless' fans suitable for a wide variety of blowing and extraction applications; typically fume and moisture removal, small particle conveying and cooling. The standard models incorporate a discharge ribbed hose spigot. Ringjets can be positioned immediately adjacent to the product, typically using the variable position Rigiflex hose accessory (foreground). Clustajets
High volume air/fume movers which use an array of aluminium Ringjets mounted inside a mild steel cylinder (alternative materials may be specified). Four models are available with outputs between 765-5270m3/hr (450-3100cfm). Flexible blowing/extract hoses 102mm-305mm (4"-12") in diameter can be attached at each end of ventilator casing.. They are typically used for exhaust fume extraction from large tanks and chambers or fresh air ventilation/cooling of workers in confined spaces. Airmisers
Combine economic air useage along with noise reduction offering outputs up to 28-times compressed air input. By diffusing a single, direct compressed air jet they also have significant safety value by preventing embolism. Key uses are for cooling, blowing, drying and, by utilising high thrust, ejecting parts from press tools. A wide variety of flexible suction/blowing hoses are available to handle all ventilation and dust handling duties. Smooth bore heavy-duty hose is required for vacuum and conveying applications. Airstrips - Linear Airmovers
Airstrips are linear airmovers, providing a laminar flow or air curtain for drying or blowing off waste trimmings of plastic and paper from presses and cutters, cooling chocolate, food products and other conveyor-fed materials. Four models in the range 51mm-305mm (2"-12") have an alloy base and steel top plate. Any length can be achieved by butting together. Airgun: highly controllable, low noise device
An innovative, safe, highly controllable, low noise device for localised drying and removal of swarf, dust and trimmings etc. Noise has been measured at only 76dB(A) on a 6bar inlet: 4dB(A) below the recommended safety level. It is 220mm (8 1/2") long and made from shatter-proof plastic with adjustable air flow by means of a sprung handle. Pneu-Power: air-driven power source
Pneu-Power is a highly adaptable, venturi-type, air-driven power source for incorporation into blowing and extracting vacuum systems - typically for
removal of moisture, exhaust gases or other waste materials, or for filling containers with liquids, powders or granules. Ideally suited for flame and explosion-proof applications, the 180mm x 100mm x 100mm (7" x 4" x 4") aluminium body incorporates an On/Off valve and a muffler/filter attachment. NO maintenance

Electric Portable Ventilators
These ventilators are designed specifically for applications where a robust and portable means of providing fresh air or removalw of fumes, heat, smoke or foul air from confined spaces is required. The Model 4 is a dual-voltage machine (110v/240v) and can easily be changed from one voltage to the other by a qualified electrician. The Model 5, JPV200 and JPV300 can be supplied in either 110v or 240v. By turning the ventilators around the change-over from blowing to extracting can be accomplished instantly. Alteration of motor rotation or fan blade reversal is not required.

Ducting : Flexible hoses for blowing / extraction purposes are available for all machines.A 5m length of ducting hose is included with each JPV ventilator. The hoses for the other machines are extra and available in either 6m or 10m lengths.
