ClustaJets
High volume air/fume
movers which use an array of aluminium Ringjets mounted
inside a mild steel cylinder (alternative materials may be
specified). Four models are
available with outputs between 765-5270m3/hr (450-3100cfm).
Flexible blowing/extract hoses 102mm-305mm (4"-12")
in diameter can be attached at each end of ventilator casing..
They are typically used for exhaust fume extraction from large
tanks and chambers or fresh air ventilation/cooling of workers
in confined spaces. They can also be incorporated into pipelines
for gas conveying.

Clustajets Selection Chart
For best results the compressed air supply should be properly filtered and
its pressure controlled between the limits of 1.6 bar gauge (25 PSI) and 4
bar gauge (60 PSI). Operation is possible at higher pressures up to 10 bar
gauge (150 PSI) but it is not recommended as the efficiency in terms of air
flow to inlet air flow will tend to fall off. CLUSTAJETS are constructed from
a strong welded steel casing, the inner jets being of anodised alloy. CLUSTAJETS
are supplied with a standard BSP ON/OFF air control valve and the machines
are pre-set and tested for immediate use on site. Alternative constructions
and materials are available.

1) Rc signifies internal (female) taper thread to ISO/7
(BS 21).
(2) Recommended minimum nominal hose bore to ISO 2398 (BS 5118).
(3) Free air consumption with an inlet air pressure of 4 bar gauge (60 PSI).
ANR is the accepted international standard description to indicate free air
flow. ANR = Atmosphère Normale de Reference.
(4) CLUSTAJET used as a blower without ducting. For performance data when subjected
to back pressure from ducting consult your supplier.
