Secomak High Suction Co-Axial Ringjet

This device removes water from can tops, bases, etc. or any drying applications where
containment of removed liquid is necessary.

Optimising performance and consumption through PLC control:

Air is pulsed through the central jet and extraction Ringjet for millisecond periods.

Extensive testing at the Secomak Research and Development department has shown that compressed air consumption can be reduced to levels never before reached in drying applications when a control system is implemented.

This product extracts and contains the water, using no more energy than necessary.

It has been developed with Health and Safety regulations in mind; all extracted liquid is contained
for removal or recycling.

1000cans/min = 26scfm (less than two lechler type nozzles)
500cans/min = 13scfm

The air consumption is directly proportional to throughput.
