DRYING SPECIALIST SECOMAK BREAKS AWAY TO FORM STANDALONE COMPANY

Secomak, drying and shrink wrap solutions specialist, is to separate from Klaxon Signals Ltd to form a standalone business focusing purely on the needs of its facilities management, manufacturing, and food and beverage processing customers.

The Secomak team has many years of expertise in providing specialist air handling, shrinking and drying solutions for both its OEM customers and end users engaged in those markets. Commercial Director and General Manager Dick Shepherd will lead new Operations and Projects Group Managers, Mike Dixson and Ian Roffe respectively.

The focus of Secomak’s business has gradually changed from providing standard products to specific applications, customised for a particular need. The new organisation, which reflects this change, will speed up responses to customer enquiries and ultimate fulfilment of orders by investing in improved demonstration facilities for trials, and by the formation of a new product management group.
